About Us

The Concorde is a neighbourhood pub built around great drinks, genuine hospitality, and a strong sense of community. We take pride in offering a welcoming space where locals and visitors alike can relax, connect, and enjoy quality service every time. We are a young, ambitious hospitality group with plans to expand, and we're building a team of people who want to grow with us. We believe every detail , from the drink in someone's hand to the ambience in the room, shapes their experience, and we're looking for people who take pride in getting those details right.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous bartending experience in Ireland, be confident behind the bar, and have enthusiasm towards guests and colleagues. As a key part of the front-of-house team, you'll play a major role in shaping the overall customer experience, not just the drinks, but the atmosphere of the pub as a whole. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to pursue a long-term career in hospitality. Candidates keen to build a career with us are a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails
Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, friendly attitude
Support management with day-to-day operations and opening/closing duties
Support and guide junior team members where needed
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels behind the bar and across the premises
Monitor and adjust ambiance factors such as lighting and music to suit the time of day and atmosphere
Handle customer and staff issues calmly and productively
Uphold high standards of presentation, professionalism, and teamwork
Contribute to a welcoming and energetic pub atmosphere

Skills & Experience

Previous bartending experience in Ireland
No cocktail experience required, but a genuine willingness to learn is essential
Excellent communication and people skills
Outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure
Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
High standard of personal presentation, with a keen eye for detail across the venue's cleanliness and atmosphere
