A. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT US AND THE ROLE

We are a specialist fundraising and social marketing agency working with progressive charities and not-for-profit organisations across Ireland. We help charities raise much needed funds and to advocate for support on their public policy issues. See www.persuasionrepublic.ie for more info on us and our work.

We are based in Kilmainham, Dublin, and we are seeking a part-time and/or freelance Digital Fundraising Campaign Executive to support the planning, build, deployment and optimisation of digital fundraising and social marketing campaigns for our fantastic clients.

This is a hands-on digital campaign role, suited to someone in the earlier stages of their digital marketing career who is highly organised, detail-focused and keen to develop strong technical and analytical campaign skills. You will work closely with a Digital Campaign Manager and the wider team to help ensure campaigns are built accurately, launched on time and monitored effectively once live.

The role will involve working across paid social platforms, landing page tools, email/SMS journeys, campaign trackers and reporting dashboards. You will also support the analysis function by helping maintain clean, accurate campaign and database information.

The position is flexible - you can work in the office or remotely or hybrid.

B. YOUR KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Planning and Administration, supporting Digital Campaign Manager with end-to-end campaign planning and administration, including gathering data, maintaining trackers, schedules, briefs, and ensuring campaign information is organised, and available to wider team.
Campaign Build and Set-Up, for example Building and managing digital advertising campaigns across key digital channels, such as Google, Meta and other social platforms.
Quality Control and Campaign Checks, carrying out detailed pre-launch checks across campaign builds and helping ensure all campaign activity is delivered accurately and to a high standard.
Data, Reporting and Analysis Support, gathering campaign performance data from platforms and internal sources, supporting ongoing optimisation, and preparing simple campaign summaries for internal review.
Team Collaboration and Development, participating in team meetings, campaign reviews, training sessions and feedback discussions. Keeping up to date with changes across social platforms, paid media tools and campaign best practice.
A genuine interest in digital fundraising, charities, social impact or purpose-led campaigns.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid social, campaign administration or social media advertising.
The ability to work in a busy, deadline-driven environment with support from senior team members.
Great attention to detail.
