As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service and regular communication.
Promote our extensive product range and identify sales opportunities.
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer issues proactively, including sales, account, and service-related queries.
Act as a trusted point of contact and ambassador for the Richardsons brand.
Support business growth through excellent customer engagement and new business development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in a customer service and/or sales role.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to process orders accurately.
Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.
The ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence in using initiative and making decisions independently.
A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work to daily deadlines.
Experience within the foodservice, catering, hospitality, or fresh food sector would be an advantage, but is not essential.
