Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service and regular communication.
- Promote our extensive product range and identify sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues proactively, including sales, account, and service-related queries.
- Act as a trusted point of contact and ambassador for the Richardsons brand.
- Support business growth through excellent customer engagement and new business development opportunities.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a customer service and/or sales role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to process orders accurately.
- Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.
- The ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in using initiative and making decisions independently.
- A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work to daily deadlines.
- Experience within the foodservice, catering, hospitality, or fresh food sector would be an advantage, but is not essential.
