Reservations Agent

Monart Destination Spa is Ireland's award-winning 5-star destination spa and we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, professional and customer-focused Reservations agent to join our Front Office team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional guest service and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

About the Role

As a Reservations agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, ensuring every enquiry is handled with professionalism, warmth and efficiency. You will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences from the very first interaction.

Working hours are rostered between the hours of 9am and 6:30pm, including weekends as required.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in a reservations, front office, customer service or call centre environment.
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a reservations or call centre role is preferred but full training will be provided.
An excellent telephone manner with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and use initiative.
A calm and professional approach in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Strong administration and computer skills.
Experience using Guestline or another hotel property management system would be an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Process all reservation enquiries efficiently and accurately in line with company procedures.
Maximise sales opportunities by promoting Monart's accommodation, spa packages and facilities.
Update and maintain online booking channels and reservation systems.
Maintain organised reservation records and administrative files.
Deliver a consistently exceptional level of service that reflects Monart's five-star standards.
