Reservations Agent
Monart Destination Spa is Ireland's award-winning 5-star destination spa and we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, professional and customer-focused Reservations agent to join our Front Office team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional guest service and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
About the Role
As a Reservations agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, ensuring every enquiry is handled with professionalism, warmth and efficiency. You will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences from the very first interaction.
Working hours are rostered between the hours of 9am and 6:30pm, including weekends as required.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a reservations, front office, customer service or call centre environment.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a reservations or call centre role is preferred but full training will be provided.
- An excellent telephone manner with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and use initiative.
- A calm and professional approach in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Strong administration and computer skills.
- Experience using Guestline or another hotel property management system would be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all reservation enquiries efficiently and accurately in line with company procedures.
- Maximise sales opportunities by promoting Monart's accommodation, spa packages and facilities.
- Update and maintain online booking channels and reservation systems.
- Maintain organised reservation records and administrative files.
- Deliver a consistently exceptional level of service that reflects Monart's five-star standards.
