Experienced Sous Chef

Job Description

Sous Chef required for a Small but busy hotel kitchen.

Applicant Requirements:

Min 2 years experience in a similar position.
May suit senior Chef de Partie looking to make the next step in their career
Be able to work on own initiative, take instruction from Head Chef and work well in a small dynamic team.
Must be trained in all areas of HACCP, food control and waste minimisation.
Be energetic and flexible, with the ability to adapt to the needs of the Kitchen.
Required to work in all areas of the kitchen to a high standard in both preparation and service.
Assist the Head chef in the running of a small but busy kitchen with team of 5 chefs + kitchen porters.

We are looking for someone who has held a previous position within a busy hotel/restaurant environment and who will be flexible, hard working and will carry out all duties to a consistently high standard.

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals who have the ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
