We have a fantastic vacancy for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team.
Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the F&B Manager in the smooth operation of the hotel's restaurants and food & beverage outlets.

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience at all times.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, health, and safety throughout all areas.

Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any faults promptly.

Ensure all outlets open and close on time and are fully prepared to welcome guests and customers.

Support the induction and training of new team members, including providing shadowing and on-the-job guidance.

Follow all till and cash-handling procedures and ensure compliance by all staff members.

Monitor stock rotation and storage procedures, ensuring stock is held correctly and any wastage is accurately recorded.

Attend and actively participate in relevant staff meetings and briefings.

Ensure all food and beverage orders and requests are billed accurately.

Ensure departmental maintenance and cleaning schedules are followed, with all areas maintained to a high standard.

Adhere to all company policies and legal requirements relating to health and safety.

Carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the F&B Manager or other members of the management team.
Requirements
-
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, food & beverage, or events industry.

Strong organisational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality and events operations.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
