The role

Leadership & People Development

Lead from the front, setting the standard for exceptional service and brand representation.
Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through regular 1-to-1s, clear feedback, and meaningful recognition.
Ensure all new team members complete comprehensive onboarding and are trained to Dylan Oaks standards.
Create a positive, empowering environment where individuals feel supported, inspired, and motivated to grow.

Commercial & Operational Excellence

Partner closely with the Retail Operations Team to implement local business strategies and consistently exceed performance targets.
Participate in weekly Store Manager forums, sharing insights, analysing performance, and driving action plans.
Deliver store rotas on time and within budget, balancing commercial needs with team wellbeing.
Maintain robust operational standards, including cash handling, inventory control, and store reporting.

Customer Experience & Sales Leadership

Champion an unforgettable, luxury-led customer experience at every touchpoint.
Inspire your team to deliver personalised, customer-centric service that drives conversion and loyalty.
Implement customer-led sales strategies to maximise opportunities and consistently achieve targets.

Community & Brand Presence

Build meaningful connections within the local community through curated in-store events and experiences.
Act as a brand ambassador, driving awareness, engagement, and emotional connection to Dylan Oaks.

Visual Merchandising & Store Standards

Ensure the store environment consistently reflects Dylan Oaks’ premium aesthetic and brand vision.
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store standards through strong leadership and attention to detail.

About you

Previous management experience with a leading brand or luxury retailer is preferred

Confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving skills.
A positive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
