Full job description

Scaffolder

ROSS Engineering is a specialist engineering services company delivering project resourcing and facility support across complex sectors such as advanced manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and high-tech construction. We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Scaffolder to join our team to work on major projects in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffold structures in line with site requirements and safety standards
Interpret scaffold designs, method statements, and risk assessments
Work at height safely and confidently with appropriate PPE and controls
Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades to support ongoing project activities
Carry out regular inspections of scaffolds to ensure stability and compliance
Maintain safe working areas and contribute to site safety culture

Required Qualifications & Skills

Valid Advanced Scaffolder ticket/ certification
Safe Pass certification
Manual Handling certification preferred
Strong experience on large-scale or high-spec industrial projects
Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety procedures, and work at height protocols
Reliable, team-focused, and committed to quality workmanship
