Scaffolder
ROSS Engineering is a specialist engineering services company delivering project resourcing and facility support across complex sectors such as advanced manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and high-tech construction. We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Scaffolder to join our team to work on major projects in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
- Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffold structures in line with site requirements and safety standards
- Interpret scaffold designs, method statements, and risk assessments
- Work at height safely and confidently with appropriate PPE and controls
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades to support ongoing project activities
- Carry out regular inspections of scaffolds to ensure stability and compliance
- Maintain safe working areas and contribute to site safety culture
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Advanced Scaffolder ticket/ certification
- Safe Pass certification
- Manual Handling certification preferred
- Strong experience on large-scale or high-spec industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety procedures, and work at height protocols
- Reliable, team-focused, and committed to quality workmanship
