Full job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of our restaurant. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the front-of-house team, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support front-of-house staff during daily service.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Ensure restaurant opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently.
Monitor service standards and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and health & safety standards throughout the restaurant.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures is desirable.
Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management processes.
Assist management in achieving sales targets and operational objectives.
Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and company policies.

Pay: From €16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
