We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of our restaurant. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the front-of-house team, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during daily service.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure restaurant opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently.
- Monitor service standards and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and health & safety standards throughout the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures is desirable.
- Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management processes.
- Assist management in achieving sales targets and operational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and company policies.
Pay: From €16.00 per hour
