Full job description

Summary of Role

Providing marketing administrative and operational support to the management team. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, with our external support providers. Updating and maintaining marketing databases, assisting with campaign planning and execution, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of marketing operations.

This role may suit someone looking at a part-time option, of three days per week, with an agreed hybrid split of office/remote working.

Main Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update customer and marketing databases.
Coordinate marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
Schedule meetings, events, and marketing activities.
Monitor and track campaign performance data and prepare reports.
Manage website content updates and support social media activities.
Liaise with external suppliers, agencies, designers, and printers.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and marketing expenditure records.
Support event planning, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of marketing projects and deadlines.
Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across all marketing communications.

Experience required

Strong communication skills, with the ability to be assertive, while being diplomatic.
An appropriate qualification or equivalent experience.
Strong report writing skills, and attention to detail.
Strong IT skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
History of success within the industry.
Cooperative and flexible approach to work, both in terms of time and methods.

Pay: €18.00-€20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Shannon, County Clare: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
