About Cloudfox

Cloudfox specialises in HubSpot delivery for student housing, PBSA, and build-to-rent operators across the UK & Ireland. We work with brands like Almero, Now, Luna, Every Student, MYS, and Fusion.

Our work is operational — CRM objects, deal pipelines, lead workflows, and sales hub configurations. We don't do marketing strategy, paid media, or brand work.

We have a working delivery framework and are now moving HubSpot implementation from founder-led to a repeatable, delegated model. This role is a key part of that shift.

The Role
This role suits experienced professionals who want meaningful part-time work on their own terms.

Part-time, fully remote contractor for an Ireland-based HubSpot specialist.

Your primary job is to deliver HubSpot implementations to a defined standard, reducing founder involvement in day-to-day fulfilment while maintaining quality and consistency.

In the first 60 days, you'll focus on executing our current implementation approach in real client portals.

Improvements come after you've applied the approach, not on day one.

How Work Is Scoped & Paid

There is a substantive backlog of scoped work across four active clients — approximately 140 hours of defined implementations ready to assign from day one. This is not a role waiting for work to materialise.

Project-based, not a fixed weekly schedule
8–16 hours per week when projects are active
Pre-agreed hours budget per client implementation
Hourly rate: €50–€70/hr depending on delivery autonomy and judgement
No contractual minimum hours, but work is available and sequenced from day one

Responsibilities

Client delivery (primary) — implement HubSpot using our playbooks, checklists, and SOPs; configure CRM objects, pipelines, properties, workflows, and reports
Codifying the delivery model (assigned) — after two full implementations, help refine documentation and SOPs based on hands-on experience
Delivery documentation (narrow, assigned) — when load is light, record brief Looms or screenshots of completed work for internal use

This role doesn't touch marketing strategy, campaigns, lead generation, or KPIs.

Trial & Review

3-month freelance agreement. First 60 days = trial period. Either party may terminate with 7 days' notice.

Who This Is For

Based in Ireland (resident or Irish-registered company)
Agency or consultancy experience implementing HubSpot for paying clients
Comfortable executing against an evolving system
Can deliver independently without constant oversight

Wants to co-design systems from day one
Needs guaranteed weekly hours
Looking for a marketing, demand gen, or revenue ops role

How to Apply

Shortlisted → 25–30 min screen → paid 2-hour sandbox test for finalists.

Pay: €50.00-€70.00 per hour
