At Fired Up Pizza, we’re passionate about serving authentic wood-fired pizzas using the finest ingredients and traditional techniques. Based in Donnybrook South Dublin, we’ve built a loyal following thanks to our commitment to flavour, quality, and great service all delivered in a relaxed, vibrant setting. From hand-stretched dough to perfectly charred crusts, we do things the right way, every time.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team at Fired Up Pizza. If you’ve got a passion for pizza, a flair for fresh ingredients, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time role based in Donnybrook South Dublin, offering €15–€18 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook wood-fired pizzas to order, maintaining consistency, speed, and high quality.
Hand-stretch dough and assemble pizzas using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Operate and maintain the wood-fired oven safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your station and across the kitchen.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and prep.
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with pizza — ideally in a wood-fired setting.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
A passion for fresh food and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Must have previous experience working in Ireland.
Fluent English.
References essential.
