At Base Wood Fired Pizza, we're passionate about serving up great-tasting, wood-fired pizza made fast, made fresh, and made for takeaway. We're growing, and we're looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead our team and keep our store running like a well-oiled (and well-seasoned) machine.
As Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of our store - leading a great team, delivering top-quality pizza, and making sure every customer leaves happy. You'll take ownership of everything from staffing and stock to sales and service standards.

Leading, motivating, and rostering a team of pizza chefs and front-of-house staff

Overseeing daily store operations, from opening to close

Ensuring food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards are met every single time

Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships

Handling cash management, till reconciliation, and sales reporting

Recruiting, training, and developing team members

Delivering excellent customer service and resolving any issues quickly

Driving sales and identifying opportunities to grow the business

Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations

Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, takeaway, or hospitality

A genuine passion for food and great customer service

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team under pressure

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

Confidence handling stock control, ordering, and basic financial reporting
