Job Title: Senior Window & Door Installer / Team Leader

Location: dublin and surrounding county’s
Job Type: Full-Time, and temporary
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Window & Door Installer with strong leadership abilities to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while leading installation teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install a wide range of windows and doors in residential and commercial properties.
Lead and supervise installation crews on-site.
Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and building regulations.
Coordinate daily work schedules and manage site activities.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
Communicate professionally with customers, site managers, and colleagues.
Complete installations within agreed timelines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.

Requirements

Proven experience installing windows and doors to a high standard.
Safe pass and manual handling Certificate .
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and installation specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Full, clean driving licence.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
