About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Window & Door Installer with strong leadership abilities to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Install a wide range of windows and doors in residential and commercial properties.
- Lead and supervise installation crews on-site.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and building regulations.
- Coordinate daily work schedules and manage site activities.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Communicate professionally with customers, site managers, and colleagues.
- Complete installations within agreed timelines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing windows and doors to a high standard.
- Safe pass and manual handling Certificate .
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and installation specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
