Full job description

In the role you will be required to multitask, answer calls from our customers, process orders, handling any Customer enquiries and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.

This position requires you to process Customer transactions efficiently and accurately ensuring that all orders are processed within the service levels

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Taking sales orders from e mails and phone calls and inputting them on Computer System using SAP

· Processing sales orders

· Updating sales orders with any amendments necessary.

· Responding to queries from customers re status of orders / deliveries

· Ringing / emailing customers re deliveries / delivery date changes

· Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

· Putting up sales quotations

· Converting Sales quotations to sales orders

· Track orders and outstanding PO's

· Resolve any customer issues in a timely and effective manner and in accordance with best practice procedures

· Use the SAP system on a daily basis for Orders / Quotes / Returns / Service Calls

· Process Returns

· Following sales inbox procedures

· Liaise with warehouse / logistics / procurement and agents on orders / deliveries

· Excellent communication skills and able to build a strong customer relationship

· Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

· Strong administrative skills

· Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively
