Job description
We are looking for a medical secretary/receptionist to join a well established busy family practice in Newbridge Co Kildare.

Duties Include:

Welcoming patients, taking appointments, answering the phone, sending faxes & emails
Inventory maintenance
Opening post and sorting accordingly
Scanning documents
Daily maintenance of reception area and waiting room
Transcribing Dictation
Regular use of Microsoft Office & Excel

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a medical secretary or administration role
Experience in Dictaphone and audio typing
Excellent IT skills including word, excel and outlook.
Excellent typing skills
Medical Terminology
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience using medical systems such as Socrates. Desirable but not essential
Interviews are subject to review of individual CVs

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: €16.00-€17.00 per hour

Benefits:
