Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales & Purchasing Administrator to join

our team in Innovative Brands, based in Ashbourne, Co. Meath. The role manages the daily

operations of processing sales orders & buying goods, bridging the gap between suppliers,

inventory, and customers. Responsibilities include raising purchase orders (POs), tracking

deliveries, maintaining stock records, general admin & customer payments while using our

accounts package to ensure accurate data & process management.

Sales Admin:

Primary point of contact for customers in relation to order management, pricing, delivery and copy documents.
Manage customer activity on a day to day basis.
Managing Customer receipts and daily cash reconciliation
Manage daily invoicing runs & paperwork for next day deliveries.
Process credit notes in system post investigation & approval.

Purchasing:

Monitor stock levels and proactively identify purchasing requirements
Liaise with suppliers to ensure best prices are achieved
Raise Purchase Orders on system and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
Liaise closely with the warehouse to confirm goods are received in good condition
Ensure stock receipts are processed timely to allow sales to run seamlessly

General:

Answer inbound calls from customers, suppliers and internal staff
Manage centralised email account
Assist accounts team on any queries related to customer or suppliers
Returning Driver daily check in
Maintain daily filing systems (electronic and physical)
Assist in monthly & adhoc stocktake process & subsequent query management
Handle petty cash, ensuring accurate records are maintained
Set up new master data records in system (customer, supplier, items)

Key Skills Desired:

Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-moving environment
Highly motivated with strong communication skills
Minimum of 2 year’s experience ideally working with wholesale & distribution-based sales businesses
Experience in processing Sales and Purchase Orders

Pay: €35,000.00 per year
