RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a warm welcome to club members & visitors.
Operate member management system, financial transactions & general administration.
Positively handle incoming enquiries and feedback.
Support the swim academy booking and enquiries.
Conduct club membership tours and assist members joining the club.

ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS

Ideally one year experience gained in a similar role
Excellent organisational, IT skills, communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, ready to smile and presentable
Can work independently as well as part of an energetic and dynamic team.
Must be agile and able to adapt to a growing organisation.
Reliable and trustworthy
Highly professional with close attention to detail
