Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
· Handle reservations via phone, email and in person
· Provide information about hotel services, local attractions and amenities
· Manage guest enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently and professionally
· Maintain accurate records using the hotel management system
· Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
· Balancing cash and end of shift report at the end of each shift
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
· Professional appearance and positive attitude
· Microsoft office and experience with booking systems is an advantage (Guestline, Res Diary, Phorest and Trybe)
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
