Junior Sales Assistant

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience)

At N7 Commercial Centre, we are a growing and dynamic business specialising in commercial vehicles, horseboxes, fleet solutions, and workshop services. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Assistant to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in sales within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

The Role

As a Junior Sales Assistant, you will support the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with vehicle sales enquiries, lead generation, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting customers with sales enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
Supporting the sales team with quotations and customer follow-ups.
Maintaining customer records and updating CRM systems.
Assisting with social media and online vehicle advertisements.
Preparing vehicle documentation and sales packs.
Helping to maintain showroom and forecourt presentation.
Building positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Supporting marketing and promotional activities as required.

Requirements

Essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Full clean driving licence.
Ability to work as part of a team.

Desirable

Previous customer service or sales experience.
Interest in commercial vehicles, automotive, agricultural, or equestrian industries.
Experience using CRM systems.
