We are currently seeking an enthusiastic , dedicated individual with great communication skills and computer literacy to join us in our offices in the Dublin area . The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting Manor Homecare Team with providing exceptional quality care to clients of any stage of their life who wish to remain independent in their own home.
Key Responsibilities:
To be aware of the quality assurance policy of the Company in the provision of a quality service to the Service Users.
To always represent the Company in a professional manner, on the telephone, face to face or in written communication.
To ensure that telephones are answered promptly, and people are spoken to in a polite and respectful manner.
To deal with phone queries and take messages for relevant people to return calls
To maintain confidentiality and carry out the Company's Confidentiality Policy.
To report to the relevant people in the company organisation structured chart for any issues regarding the legislative requirements concerning the services provided and the Staff providing them.
To report to the Registered Manager any financial issues that have an impact on the overall budget including supplies and training required.
Organising/Communicating the setup of Induction and delivering Induction for new carers. To organise any other training taking place and liaise with Care Coordinators and Management to ensure best practice.
Transcribe new carer data on to One Touch/working shifts/ Link in with care coordinators for rosters.
To produce reports requested by the Registered Manager
To maintain accurate records and record all communication on One Touch
Provide administrative / secretarial support to Management e.g., typing, filing, dealing with correspondence etc, within given timescales.
Ensuring Staff HR files are fully compliant.
Maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
Job Specification
Essential:
Experience in care provision at a level that reflects the responsibilities of the post applied for
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Good presentation skill
Computer literate
Understanding of legislation concerned with care provision
Administrative experience
Full driving license
Desirable:
QQI Level 5 or working towards
Professional qualification
Experience as supervisor or senior carer care worker or other role within a care providing organisation.
