Full job description

We are internationally approved to Design, Manufacture, Install, Service & Commission to all standards & have Award Winning expertise in Fire Sprinkler Protection, Foam enhanced Fire Protection, Gas Protection, Firewater Mist Protection, Insert Gas Protection & Special Hazard Fire Protection.

THE ROLE

Reporting to: Project Lead

Hours: 37

Days: Mon - Friday

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Project Management team with the planning, coordination and delivery of projects in Germany.
Must be able to travel to Germany on short notice after a training period.
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, schedules and reports.
Coordinate project information between internal departments, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Track project progress and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
Assist with organising meetings, preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes where required.
Liaise with the Design, Procurement and Operations teams to ensure project activities remain on schedule.
Monitor project milestones and escalate any potential delays or issues to the Project Manager.
Support the coordination of materials, equipment and documentation required for project delivery.
Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for project teams working in Germany where required.
Build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
Provide general administrative support to the Project Management team.
Be willing to travel to Germany as required, with the opportunity to relocate to Frankfurt as the business continues to grow.

Hours: 37 hrs per week.

Days: Monday – Friday.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Previous experience in an administrative, project support or coordination role would be advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
An interest in developing a long-term career supporting international engineering and construction projects.
Flexibility to relocate to Frankfurt in the future as business requirements evolve.
