THE ROLE
Reporting to: Project Lead
Hours: 37
Days: Mon - Friday
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Project Management team with the planning, coordination and delivery of projects in Germany.
- Must be able to travel to Germany on short notice after a training period.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, schedules and reports.
- Coordinate project information between internal departments, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Track project progress and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with organising meetings, preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes where required.
- Liaise with the Design, Procurement and Operations teams to ensure project activities remain on schedule.
- Monitor project milestones and escalate any potential delays or issues to the Project Manager.
- Support the coordination of materials, equipment and documentation required for project delivery.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for project teams working in Germany where required.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
- Provide general administrative support to the Project Management team.
- Be willing to travel to Germany as required, with the opportunity to relocate to Frankfurt as the business continues to grow.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Previous experience in an administrative, project support or coordination role would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- An interest in developing a long-term career supporting international engineering and construction projects.
- Flexibility to relocate to Frankfurt in the future as business requirements evolve.
