Full job description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a wellness environment and wants to play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business.

Key roles & responsibilities:
-Oversee daily spa operations.
-Manage bookings and ensure an excellent guest experience.
-Prepare and light fires for spa facilities.
-Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the spa.
-Support the team with daily operations and customer care.
-Help identify improvements and contribute ideas to support business growth.

Ideal candidate requirements:
-Hardworking, reliable, and proactive.
-Friendly, caring, and customer-focused.
-Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable. (Spa/wellness industry experience an advantage)
-An interest in health, wellness, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
-A team player who enjoys a varied, hands-on role.
-Be able and willing to work Friday - Sunday every week. Shifts of 7:30am- 4:30pm, 2-10pm

As the business continues to grow, this role offers opportunities to develop and take on greater responsibility. It is ideal for someone who is ambitious, enjoys variety, and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
