Key roles & responsibilities:
-Oversee daily spa operations.
-Manage bookings and ensure an excellent guest experience.
-Prepare and light fires for spa facilities.
-Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the spa.
-Support the team with daily operations and customer care.
-Help identify improvements and contribute ideas to support business growth.
Ideal candidate requirements:
-Hardworking, reliable, and proactive.
-Friendly, caring, and customer-focused.
-Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable. (Spa/wellness industry experience an advantage)
-An interest in health, wellness, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
-A team player who enjoys a varied, hands-on role.
-Be able and willing to work Friday - Sunday every week. Shifts of 7:30am- 4:30pm, 2-10pm
