What You'll Do

Design and execute a seasonal menu that showcases both classic and regional Indian dishes, from fragrant biryanis to delicate chaats.
Prepare and cook dishes with precision, balancing flavours and textures to perfection.
Innovate with modern plating and presentation while respecting traditional recipes.
Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Indian cooking techniques and food safety standards.
Ensure compliance with HACCP and all health & safety regulations.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef in a high-quality restaurant or hotel.
Deep knowledge of Indian spices, regional cooking styles, and traditional preparation methods (e.g., tandoor cooking, slow curries, dosa batter fermentation).
Creativity in menu development and presentation.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
