Role: Qualified Electrician
Full time permanent role. Join our growing team! We’re looking for a hands-on Electrician to support the build, testing, and troubleshooting of HVAC units, with occasional site support. The position is a based in our factory on the Cork Kerry border.
The Role
· Build and wire electrical panels and HVAC units
· Read and review schematics and control layouts
· Troubleshooting and testing of HVAC equipment such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning and renewable energy systems.
· May also involve visits to sites where our equipment is installed.
· Support customer on site product inspections and customer queries
· Assist Team Lead with daily operations, workload planning and training of apprentices
· Work with production, engineering, and service teams
Requirements:
· A fully qualified electrician, with a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft or equal relevant qualification
· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an Electrical discipline.
· Experience working on commercial/Industrial projects, manufacturing environment or HVAC would be an advantage.
· Ability to read and review schematics and control layouts
· Programming Controls would be an advantage.
· Strong fault-finding and technical skills
· Working as part of a team to identify and resolve systematic equipment issues.
· Self-starter - ability to initiate and drive projects with little supervision and ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
· Strong work ethic.
· Team player with good communication skills
