Trigon Hotels is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to our Managing Director.

This is a part-time position, working 2 days per week, offering flexibility while playing a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations.

What You Bring

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership (Executive Directors, Managing Director, or C-suite).
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage complex diaries, travel, and rapidly shifting priorities.
Highly polished communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for reporting, presentations, and executive coordination.
Proficiency in AI-powered productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to enhance executive support, research, document preparation, and administrative workflows.
Strong multitasking ability combined with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive and resourceful, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience supporting leadership in fast-paced, customer-focused or service-led environments
Exposure to project coordination, events, or operational initiatives at senior level
Familiarity with systems or task/project management tools
Adaptable and comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment
