Well Café Killarney

Well Café is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Barista / All-Rounders to join our growing team in Killarney.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment, delivering great customer service, and being part of a modern lifestyle café focused on quality coffee, fresh food, and positive energy.

Main Responsibilities

Preparing high-quality coffees, iced drinks, matcha, smoothies, and café beverages
Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Taking customer orders and operating the till/POS system
Preparing and serving açaí bowls, toasties, wraps, and light food items
Supporting both front-of-house and kitchen operations when required
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the café
Restocking cups, milk, ingredients, and supplies
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Following HACCP and food safety procedures
Working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and speed

Requirements

Previous café or barista experience preferred
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer experience
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
Attention to detail and cleanliness
