Well Café Killarney
Well Café is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Barista / All-Rounders to join our growing team in Killarney.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment, delivering great customer service, and being part of a modern lifestyle café focused on quality coffee, fresh food, and positive energy.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality coffees, iced drinks, matcha, smoothies, and café beverages
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Taking customer orders and operating the till/POS system
- Preparing and serving açaí bowls, toasties, wraps, and light food items
- Supporting both front-of-house and kitchen operations when required
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the café
- Restocking cups, milk, ingredients, and supplies
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Following HACCP and food safety procedures
- Working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and speed
Requirements
- Previous café or barista experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer experience
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
