The Role
As a Skilled Operative, you will be at the heart of our production process. You won’t just be moving materials; you will be ensuring that every product produced meets the "Select Standard" before it reaches a high-profile site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Proficiency: Welding/Fabrication experience in Mig welding mild steel and Tig welding aluminium
- Machine Operation: Operate advanced CNC sheet metal fabrication machinery (Guillotine, Press Brake, etc.).
- Safety Leadership: Adhere strictly to Health & Safety (H&S) protocols—at Select, we believe everyone goes home safe every day.
- Team Collaboration: Work proactively within a solution-led team to meet production deadlines and maintain an organized workshop

- Logistics: A valid Full B Driving Licence and access to your own transport (essential due to our location in Allenwood).
