As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for disciplined and reliable Multi Skilled Operative to join our production team in Allenwood. At Select, we don’t just offer jobs; we offer stable careers with a formalized commitment to training and professional growth.
The Role
As a Multi skilled operative, you will be at the heart of our production process. You won’t just be moving materials; you will be ensuring that every piece of sheet metal we produce meets the "Select Standard" before it reaches a high-profile site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Proficiency: Welder/Fabricator experience in mig/tig mild steel/stainless steel and aluminium.
- Precision Handling: Efficiently load and unload customer orders, ensuring 100% accuracy against dispatch dockets.
- Machine Operation: Undergo full training to operate advanced sheet metal fabrication machinery (Guillotine, Press Brake, etc.).
- Finishing Excellence: Assist in the powder coating process to ensure high-quality, durable finishes on all products.
- Safety Leadership: Adhere strictly to Health & Safety (H&S) protocols—at Select, we believe everyone goes home safe every day.
- Team Collaboration: Work proactively within a solution-led team to meet production deadlines and maintain an organized workshop.

- Logistics: A valid Full B Driving Licence and access to your own transport (essential due to our location in Allenwood).
