Full job description

Construction Office Administrator

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Construction Office Administrator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of our construction projects by managing documentation, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring compliance requirements are maintained to a high standard. Full Time/Part time work available to the suitable candidate, Salary/Hourly Rate negotiable depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the construction team.
Manage and maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems.
Prepare and compile compliance documentation, including Safety Files.
Prepare invoices, assist with quotations, and supporting documentation.
Order materials and coordinate deliveries as required.
Liaise professionally with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
Ensure project compliance documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly maintained.
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or building industry.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience working with contractors, developers, or construction professionals.

Pay: From €35,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
