Construction Office Administrator
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Construction Office Administrator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of our construction projects by managing documentation, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring compliance requirements are maintained to a high standard. Full Time/Part time work available to the suitable candidate, Salary/Hourly Rate negotiable depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the construction team.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Prepare and compile compliance documentation, including Safety Files.
- Prepare invoices, assist with quotations, and supporting documentation.
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries as required.
- Liaise professionally with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Ensure project compliance documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly maintained.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or building industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working with contractors, developers, or construction professionals.
Pay: From €35,000.00 per year
