The opportunity:

Join Ireland's top property consultancy in Dublin as a Senior Chartered Valuation Surveyor with our Professional Services and Advisory team. We are seeking a professional within excess of 5 years post-APC qualification.

Roles and responsibilities:

Conduct Red Book-compliant and portfolio valuations for secured lending and financial reporting purposes.
Prepare and deliver valuations in accordance with internal procedures and relevant professional standards.
Deliver high-quality valuation reports covering a broad geographic area.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with new and existing clients.
Proactively generate and win new business, developing a market profile through networking client engagement
Provide strategic advice to clients in relation to property assets.
Carry out nationwide inspections as required.
Manage the preparation of reports and responses to correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards while contributing to performance targets.
Support and mentor junior team members.
Proactively engage in the APC counsellor and supervisor programme.
Collaborate with transactional advisory colleagues across the business.
Maintain up to date market knowledge, legislative changes and professional standards (RICS/SCSI)
Perform additional duties as required, in line with the evolving needs of the role.

We’re looking for someone who brings the following strengths to the role:

5+ years’ post APC APC experience as a Chartered Surveyor (RICS/SCSI) in a valuation environment.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality valuation outputs in line with relevant legislation, case law, and professional standards.
Demonstrated experience delivering valuations across multiple asset classes.
Strong understanding of valuation principles, including the application of precedents and practice notes.
Strong working knowledge and experience of Argus Enterprise and Developer.
Excellent report writing skills, data analysis, and managing multiple assignments to meet deadlines and professional quality standards.
Well developed understanding of Red Book standards.
Any experience with CPO, Rating, Landlord & Tenant, and/or acting as an Expert Witness is desirable.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business growth.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills; supporting cross team collaboration and engagement.
Holder of a PSRA licence (or eligible to obtain one).
Full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle.
