About the Role

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day retail operations of the pharmacy while delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers with healthcare, beauty, and wellness products.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about helping customers.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service on the shop floor
Assist customers with OTC medicines, healthcare, beauty, and grooming products
Operate the POS system accurately, including sales transactions and cash handling
Assist with merchandising, stock management, pricing, and replenishment
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment
Respond to telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
Build positive relationships with customers and team members
Assist with general retail and pharmacy duties as required
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Retail or pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential

Work Pattern

Flexibility is required across weekday, weekend and Bank Holiday trading hours, including morning, mid and evening shifts.
