Job Title: Sales Support
Location: Arklow, Co. Wicklow
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking Sales Support to join our dynamic team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director (MD) and the Commercial Sales Manager, providing vital efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Data Management: Accurately entering leads and customer details into our CRM system and maintaining up-to-date records.
Quotations & Documentation: Preparing and sending professional quotes to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Follow-Ups: Proactively following up with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the MD and Commercial Sales Manager to maintain and enhance relationships.
Tender Management: Tracking tender submissions and deadlines, following up to ensure all requirements are met.
Customer Interaction: Engaging with commercial clients regularly, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
General Support: Assisting with other administrative tasks to support the MD and Commercial Sales Manager, as required.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Strong Organisational Skills: You are detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Previous Experience: 3+ years experience in Sales Support or similar in an office environment, comfortable handling quotes independently
Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in Technology: Comfortable with CRM systems, data entry, and using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with others and support a busy team.
Customer-focused: Passionate about providing top-notch service to both internal and external stakeholders and have a B2B customer service-oriented mindset
Self-motivation: Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks.
B2B Experience: Must have previous experience in B2B sales support in an office environment
