We are looking for a skilled and experienced construction worker with a broad knowledge of building methods and materials. The role involves working on projects from start to finish under the supervision of the site foreman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
- Use the correct tools and equipment for each task
- Wear all required PPE including safety footwear, helmets, goggles, and other protective gear
- Keep tools and equipment in good working condition
- Report any defects in plant, tools, or equipment immediately
- Work safely at all times and avoid unnecessary risks
- Identify and remove site hazards where possible
- Use equipment only if trained and authorised
- Warn others of potential site hazards, especially new or inexperienced workers
- Avoid unsafe behaviour or horseplay on site
- Report misuse of welfare facilities
- Report all accidents, injuries, or damage immediately
- Suggest safer working methods when possible
Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely on site
- Basic understanding of construction site practices
Pay: €15.00-€20.00 per hour
