Full job description

Bartender – The Clybaun Hotel, Galway

The Clybaun Hotel is currently recruiting an experienced Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.

We are looking for a confident and experienced Bartender who can provide friendly, professional service and maintain high standards in a busy hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent and professional service to all guests.
Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks to a high standard.
Take orders and process payments accurately.
Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar.
Ensure the bar is fully stocked and ready for service.
Follow hotel procedures and responsible serving practices.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Work effectively with the wider Food & Beverage team.
Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous bartending experience is essential.
Good knowledge of drinks, cocktails and bar service.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, professional and confident manner.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable and flexible, including availability for evenings and weekends.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
