Bartender – The Clybaun Hotel, Galway
The Clybaun Hotel is currently recruiting an experienced Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.
We are looking for a confident and experienced Bartender who can provide friendly, professional service and maintain high standards in a busy hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent and professional service to all guests.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks to a high standard.
- Take orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar.
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked and ready for service.
- Follow hotel procedures and responsible serving practices.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work effectively with the wider Food & Beverage team.
- Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous bartending experience is essential.
- Good knowledge of drinks, cocktails and bar service.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional and confident manner.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and flexible, including availability for evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
