Full job description

We are seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Administration & Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team for initially for 3 days per week. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and practical bookkeeping experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration and general administrative support.
Answer telephone calls and respond to emails
Prepare correspondence, reports, and maintain accurate filing systems.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with payroll processing.
Record financial transactions using Quickbooks accounting software.
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
Support the management team with ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in an administration and bookkeeping role.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
