Bar & Waitstaff – The Earl Inn

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Bar & Waitstaff to join our team at The Earl Inn. The successful candidates will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests have an enjoyable experience, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the bar and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serving beverages, including pints, wines, spirits, cocktails, and soft drinks.
Delivering food and drinks to tables promptly.
Processing payments and operating the till/POS system.
Maintaining a clean and organised bar, dining area, and service stations.
Restocking bar supplies, glassware, and other inventory as required.
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Assisting with opening and closing duties.
Working as part of a team to provide a high standard of hospitality at all times.

Requirements:

2 years or more experience in a bar, pub, restaurant, or hospitality environment is required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
