ORANMORE LODGE HOTEL GALWAY is a four-star hotel comprising of 70 bedrooms, conference and banqueting for 200, health and leisure facilities located 7kms from Galway city

Key responsibilities:

provide strategic leadership and direction to all hotel departments
ensure the delivery of exceptional standards of guest experience and services
drive revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting and financial management
identify and implement opportunities to increase profitability and operational efficiencies
monitor department costs / labour expenditure and maintain strict budgetary control
ensure full compliance with Health & Safety / Food and Firesafety / employment legislation

Ideal candidate must have:

must have a minimum of 5 years hotel experience at General Manager / Operations Manager in a 4/5* hotel with a similar operation
a strong commercial and financial acumen with managing budgets and labour costs
be a leader in coaching a dedicated hotel management team
be flexible in supporting operational requirements when required to do so
applicants applying for this job must have the permission / right to live and work without restriction in Ireland

Pay: From €85,000.00 per year
