- ORANMORE LODGE HOTEL GALWAY is a four-star hotel comprising of 70 bedrooms, conference and banqueting for 200, health and leisure facilities located 7kms from Galway city
Key responsibilities:
- provide strategic leadership and direction to all hotel departments
- ensure the delivery of exceptional standards of guest experience and services
- drive revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting and financial management
- identify and implement opportunities to increase profitability and operational efficiencies
- monitor department costs / labour expenditure and maintain strict budgetary control
- ensure full compliance with Health & Safety / Food and Firesafety / employment legislation
Ideal candidate must have:
- must have a minimum of 5 years hotel experience at General Manager / Operations Manager in a 4/5* hotel with a similar operation
- a strong commercial and financial acumen with managing budgets and labour costs
- be a leader in coaching a dedicated hotel management team
- be flexible in supporting operational requirements when required to do so
- applicants applying for this job must have the permission / right to live and work without restriction in Ireland
Pay: From €85,000.00 per year
