Full job description

About the role:

We are an Irish cooking oil company, and we are currently looking for a Telesales/Sales administrator to join our team at our Wexford Depot.

Sales Administration

Prepare quotations
Sales reports and customer correspondence.
Maintain and update CRM and customer databases.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.

Telesales

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Promote products, services, and special offers over the phone.
Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve individual and team sales targets. Record call outcomes and customer information in the CRM system.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales administration, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong communication and telephone skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience using CRM systems is desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer-focused approach with a professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications

Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
